About the process
So you've had a little accident... hopefully nothing too serious. Let us take the worry of your hands. From accident to quality inspection the process goes as follows:
1. Quote
The damage to your vehicle is examined and recorded digitally by an estimator who prepares an in-depth, fully itemised quote using the latest software. This investigation facilitates authorisation from your Insurance Company for repairs as soon as possible. We are Approved Repairers for most Insurance Companies which means that repairs can commence, in most cases, straight away without the need for multiple quotes.
2. Repair
Our precision alignment equipment enables our technicians to repair your vehicle to manufacturers' specifications, ensuring the road safety of your vehicle. When it's been repaired by us you know your vehicle has been repaired properly.
3. Delivery & Follow-up
Once completed & repainted (if required) your vehicle has to pass a rigorous Quality Inspection test before it is returned to you. Once passed you will be contacted by one of our friendly administration staff, or your Insurance Company, to arrange the return of your vehicle.
